What are the essential leadership positions in the Federal government responsible for ensuring Accessible information and communication technology? What should be their roles and responsibilities? Who and or what else should be considered on the topic of roles, responsibilities, and leadership? Who is currently failing to carry out their duties and why?

    If you go back to the main page for the discussion of Roles and Responsibilities, doesn't the link near the top, "View statutory roles here," answer this question?

    Do you instead want to discuss a specific responsibility, what the agency that does have it is doing to fulfill it, what else it should do, and perhaps whether a different agency should have that responsibility?
